HEALTH SCREENINGS
 
Health screenings are mandated by the New Jersey Department of Education as listed below.
 
HEIGHT, WEIGHT, AND BLOOD PRESSURE: Yearly for all grade levels
 
VISION SCREENING:  Preschool, Kindergarten, 2nd Grade
 
HEARING SCREENING:  Preschool, Kindergarten, 1st Grade, 2nd Grade
 
If your child has an abnormal screening a referral will be sent home.  Please follow up with your health care provider as soon as possible.  If you do not have vision insurance please contact me.
