Kids Heart Challenge 2020 Dance Celebration iMovie
Dear LOP Families,
Every year for the past 7 years our LOP families have raised money for the American Heart Association. We usually celebrate this event with a Jumping/Jump Rope activity.
This year I decided to celebrate with the dance component of the event. The students in grades K-2 learned and performed dances, the staff learned a dance and the 2nd graders showed us their best moves with the LOP 2nd Grade Soul Train. (Bonus Clips) were added from our LOP Dance-a-thon.
The students worked hard and were excited to view this dance video in school but because of the pandemic, this was not possible. Mrs. Suarez and I thought it would be wonderful for our students to be able to view this video at home as an end of year celebration.
This year we surpassed our fundraising goal and raised the most donations ever. The final amount raised was an unbelievable $14,272.16 😊!! Congratulations to all of our fundraisers. Every student fundraiser makes a difference.
I absolutely had a BLAST making this video. Your children make me so happy. I hope your families will enjoy viewing it as much as I have... it is now my favorite music/dance video surpassing all others.
