Good morning,
Thank you parents! You have all been amazing during this journey. As we move forward, the second grade teachers felt it would best to give you a pacing guide for the week so your child can complete the weekly assignments at his/her own pace. Please send me all assignments when it is completed. Please do not wait until the end of the week to submit your child’s work.
Here is a list of the work that is due by FRIDAY, 4/3. You may choose to figure out a daily pacing guide that works best for you at home. Please continue to send one picture as you complete the work.
Math- 15.1 through 15.4. Don't forget to go on Xtra Math, Reflex, or Freckle to practice fluency and other math skills. I will be checking in daily to see how they are doing.
Handwriting- 10 pages total for the week
Fundations: Complete Fundations packet #12. Please go to my webpage. Go to the "Fundations Lesson Materials & Videos" tab. View the vowel sound videos and print out the #12 packet. If you do not have a printer, please do the written work on a piece of paper or in a notebook.
You may also go to the Fundations page on my site for any extra help you might need.

Reading- You should read daily with your child for 20 minutes a day. They should have responded by writing in their Reading Notebook to what he/she has read by using the 'THINK TRACK PAGE'.
When you are done reading, please have your child respond in a written way. PLEASE PICK ONE WAY to respond daily.

- Book Report
Read Works- the children should have completed all three stories by the end of the week.

Dear Parents,
First off I just want to say you have been AMAZING! Thank you all who have been sending in all of your child’s work. Please make sure to hold on to all of your child’s work to hand in once we get back to school so that we have a hard copy as well.

Math-All of topic 14
Handwriting- Five more pages
Fundations-All Fundations packet #11. All of the phonics pages packet
Reading-Your child should have read daily for 20 minutes a day. They should have responded to what he/she has read by using the "THINK TRACK PAGE" and record your answers in your Reader’s Response Notebook.In addition, he/ she should havecompleted and colored one box on the daily choice board after completing the reading for five more days.
A second book reportpage should have been completed
A second Readworks reading passage and comprehension questions should be completed and submitted.

Dear Parents,
This is a short school week, just 3 days! Remember, please only work two hours each day. As always, please make sure to hold on to all of your child’s work to hand in once we get back to school so that we have a hard copy as well.
